Hydraulic filters made of multi-component materials

We have practice to select and advise the most suitable filter capacity and fineness to keep the contamination on a standardised level in the hydraulic system.

Manufacturing of hydraulic filters according to the customer’s requirements. Plenty of filter materials from our offer:

  • stainless steel meshes down to 16µm
  • stainless steel nonwovens down to 3µm
  • filter paper
  • nonwoven plastic, like polyester and polypropylene up to down to 10µm (ß10  = 75)
  • plastic meshes, like PA and PES down to 20µm (ß20 =75)
  • micro glass fibres down to 1µm (ß1=75)

Pressure range: up to 100 bar
